The Birth of a Modern Classic
Lustra Classic emerged from a fascination with the forgotten art of botanical spirits. In an era when most alcoholic beverages are produced in industrial facilities with artificial flavors, we return to the traditional methods of monastery distillers and apothecary-alchemists who allowed their elixirs to mature for months to achieve perfection.
Our inspiration comes from the 18th-century European tradition of "aqua vitae" – literally "water of life" – where herbs and spices were macerated in high-quality alcohol to create both medicinal and culinary elixirs. Lustra Classic is our modern interpretation of this ancient art, combining the wisdom of the past with contemporary knowledge of flavor profiles and botanical extraction.
